A hospital reports a failure.
What happens next?

See how a service record connects the engineer, the replacement part and the outcome. Start with this fictional example before exploring individual modules.

  1. 01Equipment failure

Record the fault, equipment and down status.

  2. 02Engineer allocation

Review the account, area and workload.

  3. 03Spare parts

Check availability and record the part issued.

  4. 04Resolution

Record the work, checks and restoration time.

  5. 05Results and reporting

Review downtime, stock usage, charges and direct cost.

The sample outcome: 24 hours of equipment downtime · one part issued · SAR 370 direct contribution.Fictional assumptions. Contribution excludes overhead and tax.

This walkthrough explains the process. It does not submit a live request or move real stock.

Available for evaluation

The website, read-only dashboard, 1,000 fictional cases and sample reports are available to explore. The organization-server package is evaluation source, subject to local setup and acceptance.

Integrations are not live

Salesforce and SAP are not connected. Export and staging capabilities do not provide live synchronization. Customer API access, mapping and end-to-end testing are still required.

Commercial releases are in preparation

Managed hosting for operational customer data and the Apple app are not released. The iOS source still requires compilation, signing, device testing and App Review.

Operational deployment requires a scoped pilot. Automated tests do not establish commercial readiness. A private deployment requires IT, security, workflow and calculation acceptance in the intended organization. Real-device checks and backup restoration must also be completed.

From a service problem to a clearer decision.

Follow one example first, then explore the screens and the reports behind it.

  1. 01 / UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGE

An equipment failure affects more than one job.

Who responds? Is the part available? What does the delay cost? Follow a hospital’s service request from failure to completion.

What the platform brings together

Service. Stock. Performance.

Record the work once, then review it from the operational and commercial perspectives that matter.

01 / WORK ORDERS

From first request to closure.

Track corrective service, preventive visits, installations and inspections against the equipment history and expected closure.

02 / RELIABILITY

Find where time is being lost.

Review response, downtime, repair turnaround, delivery promises and recurring visits using the timestamps you enter.

03 / JOB ECONOMICS

Understand what every job costs.

Separate field work, travel, office time, sales support and installation. Compare internal expense with customer charges.

04 / WARRANTY

See the cost of coverage.

Keep labor and parts costs visible under standard warranty, extended coverage and service contracts, even when the covered customer charge is zero.

05 / STOCK MANAGEMENT

The right part, with a traceable movement.

Receive, reserve, issue, return and transfer parts. Review available stock, reorder prompts, expiry and moving-average valuation.

Can I use it with confidential hospital records?

The public demonstration is for fictional data. Confidential operational use needs an approved private/local deployment, access controls, recovery procedures, security testing and the organization's IT acceptance.

Are SAP and Salesforce already connected?

No. Staging/export support is available. Live synchronization requires the customer's systems, API access, authentication, field mapping and acceptance testing.

What does data-driven service help me decide?

Recorded delays can guide dispatch and stock reviews. Repeated symptoms can prompt investigation. Direct costs and coverage can support pricing and renewal discussions. The quality of those decisions depends on the completeness and accuracy of the underlying records.

How can I evaluate it?

Try the dashboard, inspect the reports and test the cases. The next step is an approved organization pilot with agreed users, deployment, support and success criteria. Software access is free within the approved scope; implementation and support are agreed separately. No paid checkout is active here.

From request to continuity

Allocate the ticket. Prepare the backup.

Route service requests by account, area and available engineer capacity. A recorded Down status checks complete compatible loan kits. Active warranty creates a zero-charge backup request; chargeable service prepares an itemized loan offer for acceptance and Operations release.

Shared customer tickets and enforced staff roles require your organization-server deployment. The public preview uses fixed fictional records; operational actions are disabled. Loan offers are drafts; physical release, delivery and invoicing are separate.

Let’s talk about your service operation
