MBBEYOND THE SERVICEINSTRUMENT INTELLIGENCE

CSSD / SURGICAL INSTRUMENT SETS

Every instrument.
A reason to be ready.

Explore usage, readiness and proposed quantities together. Keep critical reserves protected and every change under clinical and CSSD review.

Simulated operational dataReview-only proposalsNo clinical release

Choose a simulation

Fifty simulated accounts across five areas. Selection is a demo filter, not authentication or tenant isolation. These instrument records are a separate fixture, not service-ticket events.

Model the demand, openly

Generic illustrative inputs, not prescribed surgical quantities or validated sterilization timings. Change the assumptions to see the arithmetic. Changes stay in this page and reset on reload.

Manufacturer reference catalog

Official product identities are separated from the synthetic optimization examples. A system, family, instrument or case is not necessarily a complete set. Manufacturer references do not establish compatibility, set contents, local availability or suitability for a procedure.

Official-source references are being prepared.

Before any set changes

  1. Reconcile count sheets, duplicate records, instrument identity and actual condition.
  2. Validate procedure-specific requirements, emergency contingencies and representative usage with the clinical team.
  3. Have CSSD validate processing instructions, cycle capacity, turnaround and tray configuration.
  4. Obtain explicit clinical and CSSD approval under the organization's controlled process. This demonstration cannot grant approval or deploy changes.

Inventory readiness here is count-based only. Sterility, packaging integrity, manufacturer instructions, functional testing and patient/procedure suitability are not assessed. Do not use this demo to release a set for clinical use.

Sharing a public link opens default assumptions. Use report text or Print / Save PDF to retain your visible proposal and its assumptions.

500 simulated set optimization cases

Additional to the 5,000 service tickets. These cases cover 50 simulated accounts and link to all 1,000 simulated service assets as account context. The assets are not an instrument bill of materials.

500 / 500 cases pass. 0 failed cases across 17,400 expected-versus-actual software assertions. Twenty quantity and demand profiles exercise each of 25 issue types.

Observed fixture outcomes: 320 blocked, 40 unknown, 20 invalid inputs correctly rejected, and 120 count-ready with clinical review still pending.

Manufacturer/model matches use explicitly synthetic rules. Replacement suggestions remain proposals and do not change current inventory. Count readiness does not establish sterility or clinical readiness. All clinical and CSSD approval gates remain pending; physical scanners have not been tested.

Expected outcomes are defined independently of the evaluators. Duplicate physical rows are intentionally rejected in 20 cases; that expected rejection is a passing test. Source fixture pack: SET-SIM-500-1.
