OR + ENT / RESOURCE PLANNING LAB

Right resources. Same place. Same time.

Simulation only · no live connections

Compare declared resource bundles across 50 simulated hospitals. Case names are lookup labels, not clinical eligibility decisions. Requirements are editable; capacities and credentials are fixed simulation assumptions. None are clinically validated.

Which hospital can support this case?

Fixed simulation clock: 02–08 Nov 2026 UTC. Search checks 08:00, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00 on the selected day only. These are resource-feasible alternatives for declared requirements, not live availability or clinical clearance.

01 / Declare the resource bundle

Checked: reviewed dependency checks; unlinked equipment stays blocked. Uncheck only to explore assumption-only simulation resources, without connected equipment evidence. Neither mode verifies clinical suitability.

Set up or review equipment evidence

UTC · 02–08 Nov 2026. Equipment and rooms remain occupied through turnaround. Team schedules cover the session. Each OR team declares surgeon, anaesthesia, scrub and circulating roles; ENT teams declare clinician and assistant. This list is illustrative, not a staffing standard. No travel or cross-site borrowing is assumed.

02 / Compare operational options

Connected simulation evidence

Integrated mode blocks unlinked equipment. Declare a same-hospital supporting asset dependency, then enter an exact asset scan and a reviewed simulation status. This is a dependency, never proof that a device is a complete stack or clinically compatible. No real hospital feed or scanner hardware validation. For this test only, an assumed 30-day evidence window is used; it is not a validated physical-readiness standard. PPM expiry is a conservative planning gate, not a clinical failure diagnosis.

Changes and plans are stored only in this browser and origin. Same-origin tabs use an exclusive browser lock. They are not cross-device bookings. Requests created or advanced in the existing connected service journey publish a simulation-only projection and block declared dependencies while corrective downtime is open. Publication failures are shown in that service page. Closing a request never independently releases equipment; fresh reviewed status evidence is still required. Instrument counts and regional spare-part totals never imply clinical or sterile readiness.

03 / Your session resource plans

No resource plans selected.

Plans survive reload in this browser. Reset explicitly clears only saved care plans; dependency declarations and scan events remain. This is not a booking system or a cross-device service.

Assumptions & evidence boundary

2,000 new deterministic scenarios, 16–72 per existing simulated hospital account according to explicit size weights, are separate from the unchanged 5,000 service tickets and 500 instrument-set cases. The added 1,000 records shift the simulation day and assume 15–30 extra session minutes to test longer resource occupancy; these are synthetic workload variations, not clinical procedure timings. No patient records. Three OR and two ENT-clinic bundle types are lookup templates only; changing a bundle never infers medical suitability.

Across the network, 1,250 newly assumed resources are distributed as 15–45 units per hospital: five rooms, plus five to twenty equipment units and five to twenty declared team units. Every hospital retains all five illustrative template categories. Small-site schedules end at 16:00; other schedules end at 18:00 UTC. These are explicit simulation capacity tiers, not clinical capability inferred from hospital size. These are not canonical asset readiness claims. Generated readiness, declared credentials, working windows, usage and maintenance blocks are explicit assumptions. Unknown readiness or credentials blocks feasibility. Actual credential validation, specialties, staffing ratios, sterile processing, consumables, transport, emergency workflows and patient-specific requirements need separate qualified validation.

The comparison checks individual resources together at one site, quantities, declared capabilities, credential state/expiry, scheduled hours, maintenance, usage and overlapping session reservations. Slots begin at 08:00, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00 UTC. Charts count the selected scenario’s site/time alternatives, not patients, outcomes or confirmed clinical capacity.
